When will i get my stuff?

At SENPAI WEAR, we take pride in our “Made-to-Order” philosophy. To ensure the highest quality and reduce environmental waste, we do not ship from pre-stocked mass inventory. Instead, every item is crafted specifically for you.

1. Proudly Printed & Processed in the USA

Unlike other retailers, all our products are printed and manufactured directly in the United States. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and support local craftsmanship.

2. Production Time (Order Processing)

Since each item is custom-made after your order is placed:

Processing Time: It typically takes 3 – 5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order. ( Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. )

– International:

Tracking

We want our customers to shop with confidence. We do not engage in third-party dropshipping from overseas warehouses. Every order you receive comes with a USPS tracking label, confirming its origin from our US-based facilities.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which is out of our control.
