PAYMENT POLICY
At SENPAIWEAR, we aim to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience for our customers in the US, UK, and worldwide. By shopping with us, you agree to the following financial terms and conditions.
1. Accepted Currencies
To simplify the shopping experience for our international audience, all transactions are primarily processed in US Dollars (USD).
For UK Customers: While prices may be displayed in British Pounds (GBP) based on your IP address for reference, the final checkout amount will be processed in USD.
Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may apply currency conversion fees or different exchange rates. We recommend checking with your provider for specific details on international transactions.
2. Payment Methods & Security
We require 100% advance payment of the order total, including any applicable shipping fees, before an order is processed.
All payments are handled through Stripe, a globally recognized and secure payment gateway.
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets supported by Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
3. Failed Payment Handling
If your transaction is declined, it may be due to incorrect billing information, expired cards, or bank-imposed limits.
In the event of a failure, your order will remain in “Pending” status and will not be processed.
We recommend verifying your CVV code and Billing Zip/Postcode (which must match the address on file with your bank). If issues persist, please contact your financial institution.
4. Chargeback Process & Resolution
We value transparency and encourage customers to contact us directly at support@senpaiwearr.com before initiating a chargeback.
A chargeback is a dispute filed directly with your bank. Once a chargeback is initiated, the funds are held by the bank, and the resolution process can take 60 to 90 days.
If a chargeback is filed for a delivered order without prior communication, we reserve the right to provide delivery proof (tracking information) to the banking institution to contest the dispute.
5. Fraud Prevention Notice
To protect our customers and our business, all orders undergo a fraud screening process.
We use Stripe’s advanced radar technology to detect suspicious patterns.
If an order is flagged as “High Risk,” we may request additional verification or cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund to the original payment method to prevent unauthorized use of your card.
6. Refund Initiation Timeline
Once a refund is approved by our support team:
Initiation: We initiate the refund via Stripe within 2–3 business days.
Posting: It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
